Businesses can now reorder their images more easily from the administration interface, allowing them to choose which visuals appear first and how their gallery is presented to visitors.

The public display of galleries has also been improved on both desktop and mobile devices, with a more adapted layout depending on the screen size and a smoother browsing experience for visitors.

This update strengthens the visual quality of business profiles and gives companies more flexibility to present their activity with the most relevant images first.

Version 1.1 introduces the new business services presentation module, designed to help companies showcase their services in a clearer, more detailed and more professional way directly from their public business profile.

Businesses can now create dedicated service pages including a title, detailed description, practical information, service area, pricing information or price-on-request indication, images, videos and specific content adapted to each service they offer.

This module also improves the commercial value of each business profile by allowing companies to highlight not only who they are, but also what they actually provide. Each service can be presented with its own visual content and structured information, making the profile more useful for potential customers.

A dedicated call-to-action system has also been added to make contact easier from each service presentation. Visitors can quickly access the business contact options and take action after discovering a specific service.

This update strengthens the Business Directory as a complete online presence solution for local businesses, giving them more flexibility to promote their activity without needing a separate website.

Version 1.2 introduces a new price list management module, allowing businesses to present their prices in a clear and structured way directly from their public profile.

Businesses can now add price lists either by uploading images, such as restaurant menus, service boards or existing price documents, or by creating structured price lists directly from the administration interface.

The structured price list option allows businesses to enter titles, descriptions and prices manually, making it easier to display products, services, menus or packages in a clean and readable format.

This feature is especially useful for restaurants, cafés, beauty salons, service providers and local shops that want to make their prices visible before a customer contacts them or visits their location.

With this update, the Business Directory continues to improve the quality of business profiles by giving companies more practical tools to showcase their offer, improve transparency and help visitors make faster decisions.

This first version marks the official launch of the Business Directory, a fully custom-developed platform designed to help local businesses create a complete, clear and accessible online presence.

Version 1.0 includes the core foundations of the website: geographic zone management, business display by municipality, category system, multilingual public business profiles, search engine, filters, geolocation, interactive maps and a dedicated administration interface for businesses.

Each business can have a detailed profile including its main information, opening hours, contact details, social media links, images, videos, accepted payment methods, visibility options and practical information. The platform has been designed to act as a real alternative to a traditional website, especially for small local businesses that do not always have their own website.

Version 1.0 establishes the core structure required for future extensions, including the ability to progressively add new modules dedicated to business content, visibility and customer interaction.

The Business Directory is built without a CMS, using PHP, Smarty, ADOdb5, jQuery and a structured relational database. This technical approach provides strong flexibility, precise adaptation to the project’s needs and a solid foundation for future improvements.

Version 1.0 therefore represents the first stable foundation of the project, with the objective of providing a local, multilingual and easy-to-use tool for businesses, while remaining useful for both residents and visitors.
